Returns Policy

Cyclesgoo is dedicated to providing you with the right cycling gear and accessories. But if you are not in love with the product you purchased from Cyclesgooo.com, or you find some problems with the products, we will gladly process your return/exchange.

Return Processes

  Send your order No. + return reason + photo/video to our support team at:
   support@cyclesgoo.com (order from Cyclesgoo.com online store)
  Our service team will provide every customer with timely service. Usually, we will respond in 24 hours(working day Mon-Fri) to help you deal with the issue and initiate the refund/return process.

Defective Products

  We will cover the shipping cost and send a new one after confirming the problem.
  We will help you check the reason first. If necessary, we will send the tools to you to help you check. Once the product is identified as defective, we will arrange a return/exchange for you and be responsible for the return shipping cost.

Regarding shipping cost, we have a cooperative delivery channel in the United States, and we can create a shipping label for you. We are still improving the logistics network in other regions, and you will need to pay in advance. After receiving the product, we will refund the shipping cost plus the order amount.

Unused products

  We will not cover the shipping cost and only refund you the order amount.

  We will not cover the shipping back cost for the exchange request. We will cover the shipping cost for the exchanged item if it's the same product as your original order. Please contact our support team for different item(s) to discuss case by case. Products returned/exchanged must be in new, unused condition, include all products and accessories, and be in original packaging. If the products do not meet the above requirements, the return/refund/exchange may be rejected.

Paypal/Credit Card Refunds

The refund will be made to the original payment method/instrument used to make the initial purchase. The refund amount will usually appear in your account within 3-5 business day, but depending on your bank, it can also take up to working week.
